Job Title: Intern - Hygiene Promotion Field Officer

Location: Yemen, Taiz

Duration: 6 Months.

Job Description:

CARE is seeking a passionate and dynamic fresh graduate for the position of Intern - Hygiene Promotion Field Officer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team in Yemen for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of hygiene promotion activities under the supervision of experienced officers.
• Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of hygiene promotion activities.
• Liaises with the hygiene promotion officer to plan and implement hygiene promotion activities in the field.
• Participate in distribution of hygiene kits.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement hygiene promotion strategies.
• Participate in meetings and workshops and provide updates on activities progress.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Strong interest in humanitarian work, specifically in the field of hygiene promotion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to travel and work in various field locations.
• Commitment to CARE International’s mission and values.
