TERMS OF REFERENCE
Overview:
As the result of the main office shift to Aden, new personnel files need to be created, audited and ensure all documents are filed, new documents need to be scanned, organized, and filed. Therefore, People & Culture department is interested in recruiting a People & Culture Intern to support in the daily scanning, filing, and archiving and providing assistance in the various human resource functions.
Objective of the Assignment:
The position holder will be assisting the P & C Department mainly to scan, file (soft & hardcopies), review and audit all documents (Contacts, Extensions, Clearances, EOS and PARs).
Scope of Tasks under this Assignment
The intern will undertake the following tasks:

Open new files for all staff as we moved to Aden office.

Ensure all signed required official documents are in place

Scan all official staff documents (Contracts, Extensions, Clearances, EOS and PARs) by Name for each employee by date.

Support with audits.

Other HR tasks as assigned
Duration of the Assignment
The duration of this assignment will be for 4 months.
The intern would report to Senior P&C Officer.
Deliverables and Terms of payment
Intern will receive $ 150 USD per month, with no other payment or benefits at all
